Step 1 Troubleshooting: Locating Form Submission Data
- Check Forms Submission Data.
- WP Admin Dashboard > Bricks > Form Submissions
- If you do not see WP Admin Dashboard > Bricks > Form Submissions
- Go over WP Admin Dashboard > Bricks > Settings > General Tab > Toggle ON "Save form submissions in database".

- Open up the page / template where your form is at, launch Bricks editor - edit with Bricks
- Select form element
- Go to Content menu > Actions
- Make sure Save Form Submission is first in order.

- Following step 2, selecting form element > Content Menu > Actions > make sure email is one of the action there.
- Content Menu > Email > Customize your email notification content.
- Make sure you save your changes.
- Install SMTP plugin for WordPress If you haven't done so.
- Activate SMTP Plugin
- Input your email SMTP information / setup SMTP API following the plugin's documentation.
