Step 1 Troubleshooting: Locating Form Submission Data

  1. Check Forms Submission Data.
  2. WP Admin Dashboard > Bricks > Form Submissions
  3. If you do not see WP Admin Dashboard > Bricks > Form Submissions
  4. Go over WP Admin Dashboard > Bricks > Settings > General Tab > Toggle ON "Save form submissions in database".

Step 2 Troubleshooting: Check Form Settings

  1. Open up the page / template where your form is at, launch Bricks editor - edit with Bricks
  2. Select form element
  3. Go to Content menu > Actions
  4. Make sure Save Form Submission is first in order.

Step 3 Troubleshooting: Configuring Email Notification and Setting Up SMTP

  1. Following step 2, selecting form element > Content Menu > Actions > make sure email is one of the action there.
  2. Content Menu > Email > Customize your email notification content.
  3. Make sure you save your changes.
  4. Install SMTP plugin for WordPress If you haven't done so.
  5. Activate SMTP Plugin
  6. Input your email SMTP information / setup SMTP API following the plugin's documentation.
